Tasting notes

Clear, crisp, and bright with silvery highlights. On the nose, clean and fresh, evoking white strawberry, lavender, and subtle lemon zest. On the palate, pleasantly smooth, with soft citrus fruit, rich and round. The finish is fresh and intense, with hints of white fruit.

Cask

Aged in stainless steel vats for a period of six months.
