Exchange and return policy

CAVAS REUNIDAS SA / EL MUNDO DEL VINO does not guarantee to its Customers the availability or delivery time of the products offered from the website, except for products in which a specific guarantee or availability is expressly stated.

Given the nature of the product, returns will be accepted for products damaged in transit. The customer has seven days from receipt of the order to cancel the contract and return the purchased product. The customer must notify CAVAS REUNIDAS SA / EL MUNDO DEL VINO of their intention to exercise their right to cancel the contract within the stipulated period and by any legally accepted means.

The customer may return and/or exchange any item purchased from the https://www.elmundodelvino.cl online store , provided it has not been opened or used, has its original tags, and retains its original packaging or box. Provided all these requirements are met, https://www.elmundodelvino.cl will refund the purchase price via bank transfer to the account specified by the customer. The original shipping costs will also be refunded. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return cannot be accepted due to non-compliance with the aforementioned conditions, https://www.elmundodelvino.cl will contact the customer.

If a product other than the one ordered by the Customer is delivered due to an error by CAVAS REUNIDAS SA / EL MUNDO DEL VINO, it will be collected and the correct product will be delivered at no additional charge to the Customer.
