Shipping and Returns Policy

IN-STORE PICKUP:

Pick up at Av. Jorge Alessandri 514, La Reina.

Monday to Thursday: For same-day purchases until 10:00 AM, withdraw From 10:30 to 13:00 hrs. and from 14:30 to 17:30 hrs. For purchases made after 10:01 hrs, pick up the same day. next business day from 10:30 to 13:00 hrs. and from 14:30 until 17:30 hrs. (Friday until 16:30 hrs.)

Friday : For same-day purchases until 10:00 AM, pick up From 10:30 to 13:00 hrs. and from 14:30 until 16:30 hrs.

EXPRESS SHIPPING:

The Express Delivery service is only available within a 12-kilometer radius from the address Jorge Alessandri 514, in the La Reina district.

If your location is within this range, the Express Shipping option will automatically appear along with the estimated dispatch time.

SHIPPING:

Santiago: Between 1 and 3 business days

Peripheral Zones of Santiago: Between 3 to 7 business days.

Regions:

Delivery between Region III and Region X: Between 7 and 10 business days.

Dispatch in I, II, XI, XII and XV: Between 12 and 15 business days.

Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

  • Purchases made during special campaigns, special sales and large clearance sales have a delivery period for RM (5 to 10 business days) and for other regions 7 to 12 extra business days to their normal delivery time.
  • Purchases made from Monday to Thursday after 5:00 PM will be considered as purchases made on the next business day.
  • Purchases made on Fridays from 5:00 PM until Sunday will be considered as purchases made on Monday or the next business day.
  • Purchases made on public holidays will be considered as purchases made on the next business day.
  • These times may vary without prior notice depending on unforeseen logistical factors.
  • If no one can be found to receive the product after the second attempt, the product will be returned to the warehouse to be picked up there after prior arrangement.
