On the nose it shows great intensity, with aromas of black fruits such as blackberry and blueberry, accompanied by pleasant spicy notes such as bell pepper and black pepper, which together with the sweet aromas of the French oak barrel give us a wine of great complexity.
On the palate, it is a well-rounded wine, extremely smooth and powerful. It has a long and pleasant finish.
Pairing
Highly recommended with red meats, rosemary lamb chops, pork ribs and cannelloni.

Carmenère 85% - Cabernet Franc 15%.
Aging
18 months in French oak barrels, 70% of them first use.

Store in a cool, dry place. No more than 15°C and away from light sources. Ready to drink or cellar for up to 15 years.
