Tasting notes

Deep, dark, purplish-red in color, this wine's nose displays the full character of Carmenere, with notes of blueberries and other berries, and hints of cedar and violet. On the palate, it is concentrated and fruity, delicate, with a rich acidity and sweet tannins, abundant fruit, and a long, lingering finish.

9 months in French oak barrels.

Dishes bursting with flavor from spices, fresh herbs, and a touch of heat. All kinds of grilled meats with spiced or sweet and sour marinades. Savory dishes made with grains, legumes, or doughs that have body and texture (quiche, risotto, pizza, cannelloni, etc.) with or without cheese.
