Viñamar's extra brut sparkling wine, from the prestigious Casablanca Valley, and developed based on the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties, delivers a fresh, elegant and pleasant sensation on the palate.

Cask

The grapes are hand-harvested and pressed to separate the juice from the skins as quickly as possible. The base wine is made in stainless steel tanks with a fermentation temperature between 13° and 16°C. The resulting base wine is then transferred to autoclaves (airtight pressurized tanks) for the second fermentation using the Charmat method, with temperatures controlled between 14° and 16°C for approximately 20 days.
