Intriga Máxima is one of the world's finest Cabernet Sauvignons, located in the prestigious Maipo Valley. Made with grapes from vines over 60 years old, trained on Spanish-style trellises, the grapes are hand-harvested and selected in the vineyards, followed by a double selection of bunches and berries at the winery. Fermented in small concrete tanks with native yeasts, it is then aged for 24 months in French oak barrels. This captivating wine boasts countless layers of complexity, along with silky tannins that evolve and surprise with every glass.

Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, this is an elegant ruby-colored wine with aromas of red fruit and toasty wood notes. On the palate, it is elegant and balanced with a long, lingering, and very pleasant finish.

It is a full-bodied, mature and powerful wine, with a deep and intense dark cherry-red color and aromas of chocolate, red fruits and elegant spicy touches like nutmeg and clove. On the palate, its multiple layers captivate, opening up with great complexity and a silky texture that envelops the palate with flavors of plums, currants, black fruits, undergrowth, something mentholated and a complex note of graphite towards the end that is elegantly accompanied by subtle flavors of dried fruits and toasted hazelnuts.

It pairs excellently with grilled marbled red meats, as well as with spit-roasted lamb or oven-baked beef brisket.
