A complex and elegant Cabernet Sauvignon blend reminiscent of Bordeaux. Their search led them to Pirque, a place nourished by the influence of the Andes Mountains and the Maipo River.

Tasting notes

Enclave is a deep, dark red wine with aromas of red fruits like plum and cherry, with hints of cassis, white pepper, damp earth, and some black fruit. It has a very interesting aromatic complexity. On the palate, it is an elegant wine with good structure, firm yet silky tannins, and a long finish. This blended wine offers distinct layers of flavor. The firm tannins of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot intertwine with the smoothness and complexity of Carmenere and the elegance of Cabernet Franc. This blend gives Enclave a high aging potential of 10 to 15 years.

Cask

This wine was aged for 18 months in 225L French oak barrels of extra-fine grain. Fifty percent of the barrels were new, and the other half had been used for one year. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 16-18°C. It pairs well with mature cheeses and grilled, well-seasoned red meats.
