Tasting notes

Crafted in the colossal concrete vats located in our cellar, Redoble follows the same concept as all our red wines, allowing the two grape varieties to macerate and ferment for longer periods than in a typical winery. It is then aged for at least a year in exquisite French oak foudres. Red and forest fruits stand out, with a unique herbal note. Its vibrant red color reflects the perfect harmony of the two varieties. Fresh, lively, and refreshing on the palate, it's one of those wines that makes you want a second sip.
