Grey represents the fullest expression of a "single block," from vines that pay homage to their place of origin. The grapes for Grey single block come from vines rigorously selected for each wine, made possible by a constant process of studying our vineyards to obtain, in each of the Grey varieties, the maximum expression of its terroir.

Tasting notes

A wine with a beautiful yellow-green color. Aged in foudres, it offers aromas of citrus, green chili, and saline notes. On the palate, it is a very structured wine with high acidity that provides tension through its minerality, leading to a clean and persistent finish with subtle saline touches. This highly complex wine makes it a perfect accompaniment to a meal.

Cask

This wine was aged in 2,500 lt foudres for 10 months on its lees, performing gentle movements (bâtonnage) to maximize contact and contribution of fine lees to the wine.

Pairing

An exceptionally gastronomic wine, ideal for pairing with seafood from the far Pacific, such as clams, cockles, and sea urchins, as well as oily fish like hake or any other type of fish. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 7-8°C.
