Salmos is a tribute to the monks of the Escaladei Charterhouse who arrived in Priorat in 1194 and introduced viticulture. It is made with grapes that come mainly from our vineyard called 'La Giberga', in Porrera, a beautiful spot laid out in terraces on llicorella stone soils, with strong temperature fluctuations between night and day, which contribute to the charm of this wine.
