Chivas Royal Salute 21 Year Old Whisky is a classic, elegant, and distinguished Chivas. It was created in 1953 to commemorate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II of England, and its name refers to the 21-gun salute traditionally fired by the Royal Navy when a new monarch is crowned.

Tasting Notes

Royal Salute 21 Years is made from a blend of malt and grain whiskies, each aged for at least 21 years.

It is aged in oak barrels, which may have previously contained bourbon or sherry, adding extra depth and complexity to its flavor profile.

The oak barrels contribute notes of vanilla, caramel, and spice, while the long aging period allows the flavors to blend smoothly and harmoniously.
