Grey represents the fullest expression of a "single block," from vines that pay homage to their place of origin. The grapes for Grey single block come from vines rigorously selected for each wine, made possible by a constant process of studying our vineyards to obtain, in each of the Grey varieties, the maximum expression of its terroir.

Tasting notes

Deep ruby ​​red with violet hues. The nose initially reveals aromas of black and red berries such as strawberry, blueberry, black plum, and raspberry. On the palate, flavors of juicy black fruit and balanced acidity emerge alongside soft, rounded tannins anchored by gentle French oak.

Cask

100% of the wine was aged in 300-liter French barrels for a period of 12 months, 15% new, 30% second use and 55% third use.

Pairing

It is recommended to serve between 14 and 15°C. It pairs ideally with fatty fish, pasta, creams and cheeses.
