Grey represents the most complete expression of a "single block," from vines that pay homage to their place of origin. The grapes for Grey single block come from vines rigorously selected for each wine, made possible by a constant process of studying our vineyards to obtain, in each of the Grey varieties, the maximum expression of its terroir.

Tasting notes

This GCM blend has a deep red color with violet hues. The nose offers intense aromas of fresh red fruits, such as raspberries and blackcurrants. It also has some earthy notes and a hint of black pepper. On the palate, it is very expressive, with a medium body and refreshing character thanks to its high acidity. It boasts abundant fruit flavors, including cherries, soft tannins, and a long finish. This wine reflects its origin: planted on a hillside and blended with three varieties, it is a complex wine. It possesses the red fruit character of Garnacha, the structure of Cariñena, and the more animalic character of Mataró. This wine is neither filtered nor clarified, so natural sediment may develop over time.

Pairing

An extremely gastronomic wine, it pairs well with mature cheeses, charcuterie such as Serrano ham, sausages, paella, lamb or pork. It is recommended to drink it at a temperature between 14-17°C to maintain its freshness.
