Escudo Rojo Gran Reserva Blend is the reflection of our gran reserva, an elegant, superb wine with rich tannins, a sweet taste and a rich texture.

Our Gran Reserva is made with care and dedication, aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

This wine is made with 5 different grape varieties, most notably Cabernet Sauvignon (44%), Cabernet Franc (6%), traditional Bordeaux varieties that contribute refinement and tannic power, while Carmenere (43%), Syrah (3%) and Petit Verdot (4%) provide body, density and spicy notes.

Tasting notes

Medium cherry red, somewhat opaque. Aromas of red and blue berries, blueberries, somewhat earthy, slightly floral. Juicy, compact palate, with dense tannins and a rich texture.

Escudo Rojo Gran Reserva Blend is a versatile wine that pairs perfectly with a wide variety of dishes. Ideal with grilled red meats, roast lamb, meat stews, and aged cheeses. It's also an excellent choice to enjoy with pasta in rich sauces and game dishes.
