Deep red. Unctuous cherry, sarsaparilla, cedar, blackberry, tar, and a hint of smoke. It has a high concentration of flavors framed by its firm tannins. A smooth, almost silky texture masks the firm underlying tannic structure, which truly emerges at the beginning of its long finish.
