Tara White Wine 1 is a fresh, vibrant, and mineral wine with a taut, well-structured palate, where the calcareous and saline soil is evident. Aromatically, it offers notes of cucumber, apricot, and flowers, which evolve in the glass as it is sipped. The varietal character is not expressed in a classic way, which we attribute to a very particular and unique terroir, shaped by a climate influenced by the Pacific Ocean. Mornings are often clouded by the fog known as "Camanchaca," a strong wind that cools the vineyards, creating what we call a desert with a cool climate, yet very arid, and with calcareous and saline soils.
