TASTING NOTES

Bright yellow in color. Very intense on the nose, its aromas are reminiscent of fruits such as green apples, honeydew melon, a touch of asparagus, olives, and toasted hazelnuts, with mineral notes. On the palate, it presents a fresh acidity, great volume, and concentration. Its finish is fruity and mineral, complemented by the flavor of French oak. A great balance between alcohol and natural acidity gives it freshness, persistence, and aging potential—something difficult to achieve in a Chilean white wine.
