The winery's seventh wine is inspired by septenniums, a cycle of time during which people implement changes with specific characteristics. Seven is a very significant number for various cultures. It is also present in mythology and symbolizes wholeness and perfection. VDA 7 is a red blend that uses the seven grape varieties grown at ALCOHUAZ: Syrah, Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot, Touriga Nacional, Cariñena, Garnacha, and Malbec.
