Tasting notes

Tara White Wine 3 has a pale green color, along with the presence of fine lees in the wine. On the nose, it presents aromas of stone, minerals, freshly cut grass, and delicate white flowers. On the palate, its structure and tension stand out, enhanced by the contribution of the fine lees, which add texture and definition. With great persistence, its lingering finish showcases the personality of the Atacama Desert with strength and character.

Cask

The wine was aged for 15 months entirely in concrete eggs. The aim was to obtain a wine that captured the essence of the Atacama Desert as much as possible. It was neither clarified nor filtered; the wine remains in the bottle with all its fine lees, which gives it a special and unique character.

It is an ideal accompaniment for oysters, sea urchins, intense creamy cheeses, and fatty fish.
