The grapes come from two vineyards. The Cauquenes vineyard is located 20 km northeast of the town of Cauquenes, in a warm area of ​​the Maule Valley. The vines are cultivated using the traditional head-trained system and are nearly 71 years old. The Loncomilla vineyard, on the other hand, is located in Melozal, 60 km east of Cauquenes, in a cooler area than the Cauquenes vineyard. These vines are also old, approximately 61 years old.

Tasting notes

On the nose, it boasts crisp and expressive notes of red fruits such as sour cherry and wild berries, interwoven with floral and slightly mineral hints. On the palate, it is vibrant, fruity, and juicy. It has a medium-bodied, vertical structure with well-structured yet elegant tannins and good density, resulting in a smooth and harmonious mouthfeel. It has a persistent finish and great aging potential.
