On the palate it is refreshing, taut, vibrant, with sharp and very well integrated tannins, being a very long and tasty wine highlighting the flavor of the fruit and persistent on the palate.

50% in untoasted vats, 45% of the wine in egg-shaped cement vats called Dolia, and 5% in very old barrels for 12 months.
