Tasting notes

Deep red in color with exuberant aromas of cherries, blackcurrants and blackberries with a touch of black and white pepper. Firm, with deeply concentrated flavors and an almost silky texture, the wine features soft and subtle tannins that come to light at the beginning of the long finish.

Cask

10 months in oak barrels (80% French and 20% American) and 5,000 liter vats.

Pairing

Ideal to accompany red meats, mildly seasoned Mexican food and mature cheeses.
