Zacapa XO offers a unique balance of complex aromas and flavors resulting from its exclusive blend of reserve rums. We carefully select rums aged between 10 and 25 years in our solera system. The oldest and youngest rums are blended as they age in a sequence of casks that previously held robust American whiskeys, delicate sherries, and fine Pedro Ximénez wines. Following this, the process concludes in French oak casks that previously aged cognac.
