Queulat Single Vineyard is an expression of our winemaker inspired by the breathtaking Queulat Hanging Glacier in Patagonia. An elegant and characterful wine, perfect for any occasion.

Tasting notes

Deep ruby ​​red with violet hues. Elegant, it highlights aromas of fresh red berries such as strawberry and raspberry. Soft notes of spice and hints of vanilla from its aging in French oak mingle. Delicately bodyed yet with good acidity, it presents itself as fresh with soft tannins, contributing roundness and elegance. It has good persistence, where the notes of fresh red fruit, vanilla, and spice reappear.

Cask

70% of this wine was aged for 10 months in French oak and 30% was kept in stainless steel tanks as a fruit component.

Pairing

It is recommended to drink it at a temperature between 14-15°C. It pairs well with oily fish, pasta, and white meats. It also goes well with roasted oyster mushrooms in paprika sauce or gazpacho.
