The nose reveals almonds and chestnuts, followed by jasmine and orange peel, supported by soft herbal and saline notes. Its voluptuous texture and crisp acidity add length to the palate.

Tasting notes

On the nose it has a salty character, floral notes, dried fruits such as figs, earthiness, orange peel and soft herbs. On the palate it is round and creamy, showing excellent minerality, lively acidity and a long finish.

Cask

80% in ovoid rearing tank for 10 months cement and 20% in 228 lt barrels with a time of 10-month rearing.

Pairing

It pairs well with baked or buttered fish, also au gratin, or with white meats and soft cheeses.
