Grey represents the fullest expression of a "single block," from vines that pay homage to their place of origin. The grapes for Grey single block come from vines rigorously selected for each wine, made possible by a constant process of studying our vineyards to obtain, in each of the Grey varieties, the maximum expression of its terroir.

Tasting notes

Deep red in color with ruby ​​highlights. It boasts the characteristic fruit intensity of Maipo Costa, with red fruits like strawberries, raspberries, and blackcurrants mingling with aromas of black pepper, a touch of damp earth, and tobacco. Elegant and smooth in body, it has a balanced structure and good acidity that enhances its complexity. The tannins are present yet soft, finishing with a lingering sensation on the palate.

Cask

100% of this wine was left to rest for 18 months in French oak barrels of extra-fine grain (33% new barrel), and then remained in the bottle for 8 months.

Pairing

It is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 16-18°C. It pairs well with mature cheeses and grilled, well-seasoned red meats. Decanting 30 minutes before serving is recommended.
