Tasting notes

MAX Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 presents an opaque cherry red color with
Purple reflections. On the nose, notes of strawberries and ripe black cherries stand out.
blackcurrants, accompanied by cloves, marzipan and some mint notes,
tarragon and rosemary, all framed by pleasant hints of caramel and
chocolate. On the palate, ripe red fruits and sweet notes predominate.
They are reminiscent of spices like cloves and some vanilla, chocolate, and coffee.
Toasted and cedar. It is a wine of great structure and juiciness with tannins
round, crowned by excellent persistence."
