Tasting notes

Almaviva EPU presents an intense garnet red color, with a bouquet of ripe red berries, such as currants and blackcurrants, over a finely integrated base of cedar and tobacco, spices, and mineral notes of graphite, which complement and add complexity to the whole. On the palate, Almaviva EPU offers excellent structure, with fine-grained tannins, a velvety texture, and great balance; along with a pleasant freshness that leads to a long, fine, and elegant finish. Almaviva EPU is a wine that combines finesse and delicacy with structure and great persistence on the palate—all characteristics of its older sibling, Almaviva.
