Tasting notes

Intense red color. Very expressive, with notes of blueberry, cassis, graphite and chocolate. Elegant herbal tones. It is an elegant and powerful wine, with great density and character, vibrant and with enough energy to enhance the palate.

Cask

18 months in French oak barrels, 38% first use and 62% second and third use.

Pairing

Meats, stewed legumes, ratatouille, strong cheeses and seitan.

Pirque vineyard, Las Terrazas barracks, Do Pirque, Maipo Valley.
