Carlos I is a high-quality brandy produced in Spain, known for its refinement and smoothness. It is obtained from low-proof (65% ABV) distillates, following the special distillation of selected, sound, and balanced wines in alembic stills. Its production and aging process is characterized by a special and careful blending of the different distillates that make up its composition and by the use of American oak casks previously seasoned with Amontillado and Oloroso Sherry wines, following the traditional Criaderas and Soleras dynamic aging system.

• Aroma: Intense and complex aromas with notes of dried fruits such as raisins and nuts, along with hints of vanilla, spices and oak.
• Taste: Smooth and rounded taste on the palate, with persistent flavors of ripe fruit, caramel and an elegant touch of wood.

Cask

The blends that make up Carlos I brandy are aged in American oak barrels.

• It is usually enjoyed on its own, at room temperature, or slightly chilled to highlight its aromatic complexity.
