TASTING NOTES

In appearance, it is a medium-low golden yellow with fine bubbles. The nose displays pronounced notes of toast over a subtle hint of white fruit. On the palate, it is quite dry, with fine, creamy bubbles, medium to high acidity, slightly concentrated, with notes of honey and a somewhat bitter aftertaste. Medium finish.
