Japanese whisky produced at the White Oak distillery in Eigashima Akashi, the first distillery in Japan licensed to distill blended whisky from various grains, with Scottish malted barley comprising over 63%. Aged in first-use bourbon barrels (70%) and oloroso sherry casks (30%).
