Tasting notes
Intensely aromatic, with predominant notes of spices, charcuterie, and/or smoked meats, along with a subtle hint of olives. Silky, with soft tannins, great body, and a spicy finish.Cask
The wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, with 7% new oak, 30% one-use barrels, and 58% second-use barrels. An additional 5% was aged in new French oak foudres.Pairing
