Tasting notes

100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep, brilliant ruby ​​red in color. On the nose, its aromas are reminiscent of dried herbs, spices, and menthol notes. These are followed by blackcurrants and candied raspberries, which blend with hints of spiced oak, a touch of leather, and licorice. On the palate, it is juicy, evolving gradually with more structure and still-young but integrated tannins. The finish is complex and fleshy, leaving an aftertaste of abundant spicy wild berries, menthol, and tobacco.

Cask

Aged in second and third use French oak barrels for 12 months.

Beef, pork, charcuterie and mature cheeses.
