Don Maximiano Founder's Reserve is the flagship wine of Viña Errázuriz, named in honor of Don Maximiano Errázuriz, who founded the winery in 1870 in the heart of the Aconcagua Valley. It embodies the legacy, tradition, and constant pursuit of creating the finest and most elegant Cabernet Sauvignon, while showcasing the best of the Aconcagua Valley terroir.

To commemorate the 150th anniversary of the vineyard's founding in 2020, we opened the family cellar, showcasing historic vintages that have been cataloged as historical artifacts and aged wines. Each of these vintages, preserved in excellent condition, beginning with the 1983 harvest, faithfully reflects the style and technological resources of its respective decade.
