We have revived the oldest variety from the past, the "País" variety, which arrived in Chile in the 17th century and was cultivated by many small farmers. It has been largely forgotten. Its pale pink color highlights a fine and persistent mousse.

Tasting notes

The aroma is dominated by fruity notes (red fruits and citrus fruits), and the palate is fresh and wild, characteristic of the ancestral País variety.
