Tasting notes

60% Malbec, 25% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc. Visually, it displays intense, dark colors, predominantly red, with defined and elegant legs. The nose offers aromas of dried fruits such as grapes and plums, with hints of red fruits like sour cherries and sweet cherries, complemented by notes of vanilla and coffee. On the palate, flavors of plum jam, cherry preserves, and the aromas perceived on the nose emerge. It boasts a robust polyphenolic structure and sweet tannins that give it a full mouthfeel. Its alcohol content is balanced with the acidity, resulting in a complex and long-lasting finish.

Cask

This wine matured in first-use American and French oak barrels for a minimum of 14 months. Once bottled, it remains in cellar for 12 months.
