He Framingham Pinot Noir , made in the heart of Marlborough (New Zealand) Produced by Framingham Winery, it offers a distinctive style that combines ripe fruit with structural elegance. Vinified with grapes 100% Pinot Noir , the bunches are partially fermented with whole skins (around 15%) and aged for 10 months in French oak barrels , approximately 20% new.

This red wine offers a complex and attractive nose, with notes of dark cherries, plum, spices, earthy touches and light smoky and floral aromas . On the palate, it is a medium-bodied wine with fine, well-integrated tannins, contributing balance between fruit and acidity and finishing with a silky and lingering finish.

Recommended pairing : Ideal with lamb, duck, smoked salmon, fine charcuterie and dishes with mushrooms or mild stews .
