Tasting notes

85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 4% Merlot, 1% Petit Verdot. It presents a deep, dense ruby ​​garnet color. Its nose is complex and rich, with initial sweet and spicy notes. Hints of fresh leather, balsamic touches, and meaty aromas emerge, blending perfectly with ripe fruit such as raspberries, blackcurrants, and plums, contrasted by a background of tobacco and delicate oak notes. On the palate, it offers a firm and dense structure, with balanced tannins and a long, juicy finish.

Cask

18 months in French oak barrels, of which 60% are new.
