The La Croix Ducru-Beaucaillou 2019 is a red wine from Saint-Julien (Bordeaux, France), characterized by its body, complexity and elegance, combining notes of black fruit (cassis, blackberry), graphite and tobacco, with fine and polished tannins, and a long and persistent finish, perfectly expressing the terroir of Château Ducru-Beaucaillou . Its composition is mainly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with a touch of Petit Verdot, and it has been aged in 60% new barrels.

Color: Deep plum or deep purple

Nose: Seductive aromas of concentrated red fruits, such as blackberries and cassis, complemented by notes of smoky oak, tobacco, toasted licorice and hazelnut

Palate: A full-bodied, ample and silky wine, with firm but polished tannins and a linear and bright character.

Finish: Persistent and elegant, with remarkable finesse and great length.
