Amelia seeks to express the unique character of the Limarí Valley in the production of high-end wines. Concha y Toro launched the Amelia brand in 1993. This distinctive and elegant Chardonnay expresses the unique character of the Quebrada Seca vineyard. Amelia was Chile's first ultra-premium Chardonnay.

Cask

Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. 18% first-use barrels and 82% second and third-use barrels.

Pairing

It pairs wonderfully with grouper, sesame-seared tuna, lobster bisque, New England clam chowder, gratinéed oysters, seafood paella, as well as with quail, corn soup, pumpkin soup, salmon-filled ravioli, and pasta with slightly creamy sauces.
