This wine has a very elegant and fresh nose, with abundant dark fruit that lends it great character and uniqueness. The French oak is subtly integrated, adding great complexity. On the palate, it has excellent concentration and superb tannins—smooth, silky, and firm. It's well-balanced and very fresh, with fruit again taking center stage, particularly cassis, black cherries, and spices. The finish is long and very persistent.
