Tasting notes

On the palate, it's a refreshing, taut, long wine with rich acidity, where the acidity of the Sauvignon Blanc is balanced with the structure of the Pinot Blanc (15%). It has good body and weight on the palate, with a citrusy aftertaste. It also has a sweet sensation that envelops the mouth.
