Sorgin is the first spirit from Sabine and François Lurton, a winemaker and owner of wineries in France and abroad, descended from a long line of Bordeaux winegrowers. They diversified their business in 2016 with distillation, a skill inherited from their great-great-grandfather Léonce. Récapet.

This distilled gin is a bridge between wine and spirits, inspired by Sauvignon Blanc. Blanc, François' favorite grape variety.

Its name "Sorgin" (witch in Basque) refers to its origin in Southwest France and the great conviviality of Basque celebrations.

Sorgin is unique for its base of wine spirit and its natural aroma of Sauvignon Blanc, complemented by traditional juniper and six different botanicals: citrus peel (grapefruit, lemon, and lime), violet, broom, and blackcurrant bud. A delicate and fruity premium gin.
