This reserve wine is made with care and dedication, with 50% of the wine aged in French oak barrels for 6 months, the remaining 50% undergoes a storage process in stainless steel tanks, which gives greater expression to the fruit in this wine.
This wine comes from the Casa Blanca valley, located on the Pacific coast, 80 km south of Santiago.

Tasting Notes

This wine presents an intensely fruity nose, with citrus notes mingled with pear compote, rose petals, and lemon verbena leaves, accompanied by nuts such as toasted walnuts and hints of marzipan, which come from its barrel aging. On the palate, the wine has a good attack, a complex mineral character, and a rich, full body with a refreshing, crisp acidity. The citrus aromas reappear on the finish, which is persistent and long.

Pairing

This Chardonnay is perfect for pairing with seafood, grilled fish, poultry, and dishes with creamy sauces. It also goes well with fresh salads and soft cheeses.

Ideal service temperature: 10ºC-12ºC.
