Tasting Notes

This cuvée is the result of blending grapes from 50 to 60 different crus and is composed of up to 45% reserve wines. The predominance of Pinot Noir provides its strength, while Chardonnay contributes its freshness and a touch of Meunier adds its fruity character. Aging on the lees for a minimum of three years enhances its aromatic richness and silky texture.
