Grey represents the fullest expression of a "single block," from vines that pay homage to their place of origin. The grapes for Grey single block come from vines rigorously selected for each wine, made possible by a constant process of studying our vineyards to obtain, in each of the Grey varieties, the maximum expression of its terroir.

Tasting notes

Deep red in color with ruby ​​highlights. It boasts the characteristic fruit intensity of Maipo, with red fruits like raspberries and cherries mingling with aromas of red bell pepper and herbal notes, along with hints of damp earth and tobacco. Elegant and smooth in body, it has a balanced structure and the high acidity typical of this variety, which adds to its complexity.

Cask

100% of this wine was left to rest for 18 months in French oak barrels of extra-fine grain (20% new barrel), and then remained in the bottle for a minimum of 6 months.

Pairing

Pairs well with mature cheeses, pasta, lamb, and grilled, well-seasoned red meats. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 16-18°C.
