Made with carefully selected grapes, this smooth Carmenere from the Maule Valley expresses the high quality potential of Chile's flagship grape variety. Enjoy the flavor of blackberries and ripe plums in perfect balance with subtle hints of clove, black pepper, and cedar, the result of twelve months of aging in oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Intense aroma, with prominent spicy notes such as white pepper and nutmeg. It also presents aromas of ripe red fruits. It has great balance and soft tannins, with a long finish.

Cask

Aged for 12 months, where 90% is transferred to French oak barrels and 10% to American oak barrels (20% of which are new barrels).

Pairing

Ideal to accompany pasta with pomodoro or bolognese sauce, Mediterranean cuisine, mature cheeses, pâtés and typical Chilean dishes.
