Pisco made with fine Muscat of Alexandria grapes. The harvesting process takes place after sunset and before sunrise to ensure the best texture of the fruit.

The moon inspires us; we follow the lunar cycles so that the harvest takes place between the waxing and waning crescent phases, ideally during a full moon. At these times, the vine's sap is most concentrated in the fruit and bunches, producing an unparalleled sweetness.

White fermentation, distilled in a two-stage process and a short maturation period.

Tasting Notes

Clear and colorless in appearance. A very fragrant nose with hints of flowers, honey, and citrus. On the palate, it is smooth and silky, with a honeyed flavor and elegant velvety notes.
